REFUND POLICY. 

Perfume collection. We recommend you to read the description of the selected perfume to familiarise with the scents. We cannot offer a return if you do not like the perfume, therefore we advise you to purchase a sample tester perfume before you buy the full amount. We offer returns of faulty products if they are unused, unopened and the product must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Bespoke perfume. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for the bespoke perfume as you and the perfumer both participate in the scent selection process.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY. If you do not wish to receive the product anymore, please make sure you contact us via email prior to product dispatch.

 

PAYMENTS: We currently accept the following card payments: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We prefer taking secured method payments via Paypal. We do not store your card detail information. 

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION. We ship our perfumes to the UK Mainland, EU and other countries. Please checkout to see specific shipping prices for your country. Please note that we cannot send more than 4 items in one parcel (whether it is perfumes or testers). 

 

Perfumes containing alchohol are controlled under the Dangerous Goods Regulation and their international transport by the International Air Transport Association.

 

We will dispatch the order within 3 working days of received order and payment if the product is in stock.

 

CURRENCY. All of our transactions are made in British Pound Sterling. All of our prices are inclusive of VAT.
