We make our perfumes by hand in our laboratory in London as well as in a perfumery house and laboratory in Cotswold, according to UK and EU regulations, complying with the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) regulations.

 

We state in our packaging (full sized bottles and samples) the ALLERGENS which may occur in the perfume, but allowed to use in safe amounts. If you are prone to cosmetics allergies, please carefully read the ingredients list on packaging.

 

REFUND POLICY. 

Perfume collection. We recommend you to read the description of the selected perfume to familiarise with the scents. We cannot offer return if you do not like the perfume, therefore we advise you to purchase a sample tester perfume before you buy the full amount. We offer returns of faulty products if they are unused, unopened and the product must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Bespoke perfume. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for the bespoke perfume as you and the perfumer both participate in the scent selection process.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY. If you do not wish to receive the product anymore, please make sure you contact us via email prior to product dispatch.

 

PAYMENTS: We currently accept the following card payments: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We prefer taking secured method payments via Paypal. We do not store your card detail information. 

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION. We only ship our perfumes to the UK Mainland. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Please see product description for shipping prices. Please note that we cannot send more than 4 items in one parcel (whether it is perfumes or testers). 

 

We will dispatch the order within  3 working days of received order and payment if the product is in stock.

Please provide your fool address to deliver your parcel safely and in time. We don't take responsibility with delivering goods to the wrong or not full address.

 

CURRENCY. All of our transactions are made in Pound Sterling. All of our prices are inclusive of VAT.

 

PRODUCT SAFETY INFORMATION. We use only the highest quality natural and synthetic ingredients. Every ingredient has a safety certificate from the supplier. Our perfumes are made in limited quantities. Everything from creating the perfume, bottling, labeling and packaging is handmade in our small laboratory in London. Our formulas are composed according to IFRA recommendations and policies. Our products are made according to good manufacturing practices.
